Information of Diesel Generator Set

The main reasons for the genset controller showing underfrequency alarm shutdown are:

1, the unit works in an overload state
2, the speed board speed potentiometer setting error
3, electronic speed control system failure
4. The throttle control of the mechanical speed control mechanism is improperly adjusted (or loose)
5, the fuel pipe is blocked (or too thin)
6, there is water in the fuel
7, three filter replacement is not timely
8, frequency (speed) table failure

The rated speed of diesel engines below 15,000 rpm is the main cause and elimination of underfrequency shutdown:

1. Reduce the load and do not exceed the rated load of the unit.
2. Refer to the manual manual of the electronic governor for correct setting or replacement.
3. Overhaul or give replacement
4, check or adjust
5, repair or replace
6, replace the fuel, it is recommended to install a water separator

7, replace the three filters regularly
